power walked and jogged for an hour.
also did some lunges
i had a big lunch though, and even though it was within my points for weight watchers im thinking i might workout more later. maybe some weights for my arms and more walking
current weight: 155.9
which means i lost FIVE POUNDS this week
yea, man
although i must admit that while i started jogging this week and ate alot healthier, the combination of drugs, dancing, and not eating over the weekend probably had a lot to do with my weight loss.
oh well. no drugs or dancing this week, so let’s see how it goes
